  • Tranexamic acid is a type of amino acid artificially synthesized based on the essential amino acid lysine, which is a component of protein, and has an "antiplasmin effect" that suppresses the in vivo enzyme "plasmin" that causes inflammation. It is used for treating swelling of the throat and mouth ulcer, as well as for skin problems such as spots and eczema!
