Transactions on this website are considered personal imports from Japan to overseas.
Personal imports occur when an individual purchases a foreign product directly from an overseas mail-order company, retailer, manufacturer, etc. for the purpose of personal use.
The standard for personal imports is that the product is for the importer’s personal use, so imports made on behalf of a family member or friend, or as a gift for someone, do not qualify as personal imports.
Reselling products also does not qualify as personal imports.
In the case of personal import, the purchaser is solely responsible for the purchase, transportation, customs clearance, etc. of the product.
Please use it after fully understanding the restrictions on personal imports and customs clearance.
As stated in FAQ 1, you cannot purchase items for purposes other than your own personal use, so they can only be shipped to your home.
If you are in a country where you can receive your parcel at a post office instead of at home, you can also receive it at the post office if you are able to go to the post office yourself.
Please refrain from purchasing from our website if you:
・People who are unable to go to the post office to receive their packages
・People who transfer the shipment from the destination they requested to us and receive it at another location.
You may change the delivery address after placing your order and before the shipping process has been completed.
Once the shipping process has been completed, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Please contact your local postal service directly and provide your tracking number, along with details that the parcel was sent from Japan.
Please note that the billing address cannot be changed. If you need to update your address before the shipping process is completed, we recommend placing a new order.
If you have already completed your payment, please contact us by email with the order number for which the address was entered incorrectly.
If you have any questions about your package, please first check the tracking information on your local postal service’s website.
If you still need assistance, please contact your local post office.
If your package remains unlocated more than two weeks after shipment, and your local post office is unable to determine its status, we will initiate an investigation request with Japan Post on your behalf.

For most pharmaceuticals other than popular items, we request them from pharmaceutical manufacturers and pharmaceutical wholesalers after receiving your payment.

Most medicines have a shelf life of two to three years, so the products we ship will have an expiration date close to two years.

Package delivery within your country will be handled by your country's post office or a business associated with the post office.

For international mail, many countries require a signature, so if you are not at home when the parcel is delivered, it will be kept at your local post office until you request redelivery.
To request redelivery, please contact your country's post office.

The estimated storage period at the post office is around two weeks (varies depending on the country or region), and if the recipient does not request redelivery within that period, the package will be returned to Japan.

The email will include a link to the Japan Post tracking status, so please check the tracking status yourself.

For reshipment, the package will be resent after the reshipment fee has been paid.
• If reshipment is made via EMS, you will be required to pay the EMS shipping fee.
• If the original shipment was free shipping, you will be required to pay the actual shipping cost that we covered for the initial shipment.
• If the original shipment was sent via EMS and you choose free shipping for the reshipment, the reshipment can be arranged without an additional reshipment handling fee.
