This medicine is a combination preparation of vitamins B1, B2, B6, and B12 and acts on nerve cells to improve symptoms of nerve irritation.
It is usually used to supplement vitamin B complex to inadequate dietary intake of these vitamins and for management of neuralgia, muscle pain/joint pain and peripheral neuritis/peripheral nerve palsy.
 
Efficacy
Supplementation when the demand for vitamins contained in this drug increases and intake from food is insufficient (wasting disease, pregnant women, lactating women, etc.).
 
Among the following diseases, when deficiency of vitamins contained in this drug or metabolic disorder is presumed to be involved: Neuralgia, muscle pain/arthralgia, peripheral neuritis/peripheral nerve paralysis.
 
Usage
In general, for adults, take 1 to 4 capsules a day. The dosage may be adjusted according to the disease, age or symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions.
If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and follow your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

The most commonly reported adverse reactions include rash, itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, gastric pain, gastric distress, enlarged feeling of abdomen, dry mouth, diarrhea, insomnia and frequent urination. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
 
Vitamin B2 contained in this medicine may cause yellow urine and may affect the results of laboratory tests. If you undergo any clinical examination, tell the doctor that you are taking this medicine.
