We operate multiple pharmacies in Japan and employ several pharmacists.

Our group gathers and works as a belief in "Provide satisfaction to our customers through products."

If the orderer and payer are not the same person, the order will be canceled, so please be sure to make sure that the order information and payer are the same person.

Please note that any fees incurred due to cancellation of payment will be borne by the customer.

We try to ship within 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

After shipping, we will send you a notification & notification email.

Please note that if the delivery address is anything other than the purchaser’s own residence (for example, using a forwarding company), we cannot provide any delivery protection or refunds for the item.

It is impossible to know everything in every country or region.
Be sure to check your country's import regulations!

You are responsible for import fees and customs inspections.

Check the amount of money, amount of medicine, permitted medicine, etc.!

We ship goods from Japan.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Be sure to check with your country's customs for terms such as how much these additional costs will be before bidding / purchasing, as well as customs prices and quantities!
 

Once the storage period at customs or your country's post office has passed, the item will be returned to Japan.

We will contact you if the item is returned to you, but you will have two options by paying the handling fee.

① Redelivery
② Refund

*Since it has been a while since payment was made for the returned item, we cannot process partial refunds, so we will issue a refund after the handling fee has been paid.
