After sending an automatic email confirming order completion, we will send two types of emails: offline invoice and credit card payment.
Please pay by credit card using the URL provided in the email.

We ship goods from Japan.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Be sure to check with your country's customs for terms such as how much these additional costs will be before bidding / purchasing, as well as customs prices and quantities!
 

Once the storage period at customs or your country's post office has passed, the item will be returned to Japan.

We will contact you if the item is returned to you, but you will have two options by paying the handling fee.

① Redelivery
② Refund

*Since it has been a while since payment was made for the returned item, we cannot process partial refunds, so we will issue a refund after the handling fee has been paid.
