Big difference between EMS and free shipping

The major difference in delivery time between EMS and free shipping is the waiting period for the cargo on the flight.

The world's logistics volume has increased tremendously due to the recovery from the coronavirus.
Due to the amount of logistics being larger than the loading space of the flight, the cargo is on standby.

Tracking status will not be updated while the package is waiting to be loaded onto the flight.

EMS (charged) is loaded onto the flight with priority over Registered Mail (free shipping), so the waiting period is shorter.

This makes a big difference in delivery time.

The waiting period before being loaded onto a flight varies greatly depending on the number of flights, weather, and international circumstances.

If you are expecting your product to arrive as quickly as possible, please use paid EMS.

If there is a problem with the shipped package

If the package we shipped is lost, damaged, or not delivered, please contact your country's post office first.

Then please contact us.
Based on your contact, we will request the Japanese post office to investigate the package we shipped.
We will get back to you after the investigation results.

*If there is no inquiry from the recipient to your country's post office, the post office may end its investigation because there is no request from the recipient.
