Big difference between EMS and free shipping

Tracking updates from Japan Post may occasionally stop for a period of time.
 

This typically occurs after the package has completed customs clearance in Japan (the point marked by the red line in the tracking image). Once tracking updates resume, a status indicating that the package has arrived in the destination country will be displayed.
 

Possible reasons for a delay in tracking updates after this point include:
 

  •  Waiting for loading onto a flight in Japan

  •  Waiting for transfer or loading in a third country when the shipment is not sent via a direct flight

  •  Processing has not yet resumed after arrival in the destination country

  •  Impacts due to international conditions or peak shipping period
     

For countries with limited or no direct flights from Japan, tracking updates may be delayed for a longer period.
 

In addition, EMS shipments are prioritized over free shipping, so tracking updates may resume more quickly for EMS than for free shipping.
 

If you would like to receive your order as quickly as possible, we recommend selecting EMS shipping.

If there is a problem with the shipped package

If the package we shipped is lost, damaged, or not delivered, please contact your country's post office first.

Then please contact us.
Based on your contact, we will request the Japanese post office to investigate the package we shipped.
We will get back to you after the investigation results.

*If there is no inquiry from the recipient to your country's post office, the post office may end its investigation because there is no request from the recipient.
