Efficacy 
Pyron PL Granules Pro has four active ingredients: salicylamide and acetaminophen, which are antipyretic and analgesic ingredients, promethazine methylene disalicylate, which is an antihistamine ingredient, and anhydrous caffeine, which helps suppress pain. This is a non-pirin cold medicine that is highly effective against cold symptoms such as pain, fever, and runny nose. 
 
Usage 
Adults (15 years and older): Please take 2 tablets at a time, 4 times a day, after each meal and before bedtime, with an interval of at least 4 hours.
  
Under 15 years old: Do not take

Aplastic anemia: Bruises, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin and mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, feeling sick and dizzy, blood in the urine, etc. may appear. 
Agranulocytosis: Sudden onset of high fever, chills, sore throat, etc.
