This medicine is a combination of an anticholinergic drug that relieves stomach spasm pain and suppresses gastric acid secretion, and an antacid that neutralizes stomach acid and protects the gastric mucosa.

This medicine usually improves symptoms such as soreness, bleeding, redness, and swelling associated with gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, and gastritis.

The usual dose for adults is 1 to 2 g orally 3 to 4 times a day.
