This medicine controls abnormal contraction of bladder smooth muscle by anticholinergic and calcium antagonistic activities, and increases bladder capacity.
It is usually used to treat urinary frequency/urinary incontinence associated with neurogenic bladder, neurogenic urinary frequency, unstable bladder, bladder irritation (chronic cystitis, chronic prostatitis), and urinary urgency/urinary frequency and urge incontinence associated with overactive bladder.
 
Efficacy
It has the effect of suppressing the contraction of the bladder. In addition, the muscles of the bladder become loose and the capacity increases, so that a large amount of urine can be collected. Due to such effects, it is used to treat pollakiuria, urinary urgency, and urinary incontinence caused by various illnesses.
 
Usage
In general, for adults, take 2 tablet (20 mg as active ingredient) at a time, once a day, after meal. The dose may be adjusted according to your age and symptoms. When the therapeutic efficacy is insufficient, the dose can be increased up to a maximum of 2 tablets at a time, twice a day. Strictly follow the instructions.
If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. However, you have to wait 8 hours before the next dose. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose. You should never take two doses at one time.
If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
