Efficacy
This medicine suppresses production/release of chemical mediators such as histamine, and inhibits their action to resolve and relieve allergy symptoms in the skin and nose.
It is usually used to treat allergic rhinitis, hives, dermal pruritus, eczema/dermatitis and prurigo.
 
Usage
In general, for adults, take 1 tablet (30 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, twice a day, in the morning and before bedtime. The dosage may be adjusted according to the disease, age or symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions ..
If you miss a morning dose and realize it until noon, take a dose as soon as possible. If you realize it after noon, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you have or had hepatic disorder.
If you are pregnant, possibly pregnant or breastfeeding.

This medicine may cause sleepiness. Avoid performing dangerous operations such as driving a car.
Pay attention that drinking alcohol during the medication may intensify sleepiness or malaise.
Since hay fever is a seasonal disease, it is important to take the medicine every day until the end of pollen season.
 
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include sleepiness, malaise, dry mouth, diarrhea, rash, edema, gynecomastia, rigidity, eye deviation, retroflexion of the neck (twist in neck), spasm and tremor (shivering of limbs). symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
・general malaise, loss of appetite / nausea, yellowing of the skin and the white of eyes [hepatitis, hepatic dysfunction, jaundice]
・dizziness, feeling unwell, respiratory distress [shock, anaphylactoid symptoms]
・fever, mucosal symptoms (conjunctival hyperemia, lip erosion, sore throat), rash [toxic epidermal necrolysis, oculomucocutaneous syndrome]
・bruise, nose bleeding, gum bleeding [thrombocytopenia]
The above symptoms do not describe all the adverse reactions to this medicine. Consult with your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any symptoms of concern other than those listed above.
