This medicine enhances the integrity of gastric mucosal cells and promotes cellular defense function by increasing the amount of cyclic AMP in the gastric mucosa. This medicine also increases gastric mucosal blood flow and promotes the restoration of mucosa at the ulcer site.
It is usually used to treat gastric ulcer, as well as to improve gastric mucosal lesions (erosion, bleeding, redness and edema) in patients with acute gastritis/acute exacerbation of chronic gastritis.
Efficacy
A drug that protects the gastrointestinal mucosa by enhancing protective factors such as gastric mucus against peptic ulcer.
Usage
In general, for adults, take 2 tablets (4 mg of the active ingredient) a day, in 1 to 2 divided doses. The dosage may be adjusted according to the disease, age or symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions.
If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose. You should never take two doses at one time.
If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
