This medicine inhibits thromboxane synthetase selectively to suppress production of thromboxane A2. It consequently inhibits airway hypersensitivity to improve cough, breathlessness or attack.
It is usually used to treat bronchial asthma.

It does not have the side effects of drowsiness and dry mouth associated with traditional antihistamines.
 
Usage
In general, for adults, take 2 tablets (200 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, twice a day after breakfast and before bedtime. The dosage should be adjusted according to the disease, age or symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions of your doctor/pharmacist.
Take the missed dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. DO NOT take double doses to make up for the missed dose.
If you took too much of the medicine, check with your doctor/pharmacist.
Do not stop taking the medicine without the instructions of your doctor.

Common side effects are reported as below. If any of them occurs, check with your doctor/pharmacist: nausea, itch, rash, discomfort in stomach, abdomen, bleeding tendency, etc.
