This medicine removes redness and itching of the skin. Used to treat eczema and dermatitis.The strength of topical steroids is ranked from the strongest group to the weak group. This medicine falls into Group 3 [Strong]. Due to its moderate strength, it is widely prescribed for various skin conditions.
 
A new, environmentally friendly ECLAR PLASTER has been released in 2025.
 
As part of our ongoing commitment to reducing environmental impact, the product’s film material has been changed from plastic to paper. Additionally, the additive Ester Gum HG has been replaced with hydrogenated rosin glycerin ester.
The inner pouch has been reduced in size by 2mm to further minimize waste. The color of the outer box has also been changed.
 
 
 
Efficacy
Eczema / dermatitis group (including progressive palmokeratosis, bidar lichen), insect bites, urticaria group (including urticaria-like lichen, stroflus, nodular urticaria (fixed urticaria)), psoriasis, Palmoplantar pustulosis, hypertrophic scar / keloid, squamous red lichen, chronic discoid lupus erythematosus, and granulomas.
 
Usage
Normally, gently wash the affected area and dry thoroughly. Cut an appropriate size for one dose, remove the release liner, apply to the affected area, and replace every 12 or 24 hours. If needed, it may be applied only at night. When replacing, wash and dry the area again. Always follow the instructed usage.
If you forget to apply a dose, apply it as soon as you remember. If the next scheduled application is imminent, skip the missed dose and resume the prescribed schedule. Do not apply two doses at once.
If you accidentally apply too many patches, consult your physician or pharmacist. Do not discontinue use on your own without your physician’s instruction.

*When cutting Eclar Plaster, the key is to cut it to approximately the same size as the affected area. Be careful to avoid applying the plaster to healthy skin as much as possible to prevent irritation.

The main side effects of Eclar Plaster include skin irritation, rash, telangiectasia (dilated capillaries), skin atrophy, folliculitis, and contact dermatitis. If you notice any of these symptoms, please consult your doctor or pharmacist.
