Efficacy 
This medicine has antimicrobial action by antibiotics and anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects of synthetic corticosteroids, improves the symptoms such as redness, swelling and itching of the skin.
It is usually used for the treatment of skin infections, pyoderma, eczema / dermatitis group, gingivitis etc.
 
Usage 
・In general, apply or rub appropriate amount of the medicine directly to the affected area; or spread the medicine on sterilized gauze and apply it to the affected area; once to several times a day.
For intraoral disorders, infuse a small amount every day or every other day to the affected area or apply and rub. The dosage may be adjusted according to the symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions.
・Do not apply this medicine to your eyes. If the medicine accidentally gets into your eyes, rinse it off with water or lukewarm water. If you still feel something wrong, consult an ophthalmologist.
・Do not seal an affected area up. If you cover with wrap, the advers reactions similar to systemic application (oral administration or injection) may occur.
・If you miss a dose, apply it as soon as possible. You should never apply two doses at one time.
・If you accidentally apply more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
・Do not stop applying this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you have: skin infections such as mycosis (ringworm, candidiasis, etc.), cutaneous tuberculosis, herpes simplex, varicella and vaccinal eruption, skin ulcers (excluding Behcet's disease), burns / frostbites.
・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
・If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
 
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include infectious diseases, mycoses (athlete's foot, candidiasis etc.), viral infections, skin irritation feeling, rash and contact dermatitis (eruption of skin). If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.

Ingredients 
In 1 g
30 mg of oxytetracycline hydrochloride (potency) and 10 mg of hydrocortisone are contained.
Vaseline and liquid paraffin are included as additives.
