In general, for adults, orally administer 75 mg once as roxatidine acetate hydrochloride twice daily (after breakfast, before going to bed or after dinner). Alternatively, 150 mg can be orally administered once a day (before going to bed).

Zollinger-Ellison syndrome
In general, for adults, orally administer 75 mg once as roxatidine acetate hydrochloride twice daily (after breakfast, before going to bed or after dinner).

Preanesthetic medication
In general, for adults, a single dose of 75 mg of roxatidine acetate ester hydrochloride is orally administered twice a day before bedtime on the day before surgery and on the day of surgery 2 hours before induction of anesthesia. In addition, 150 mg can be orally administered once before bedtime on the day before surgery.
