Since September 24, 2026, we have been experiencing an issue with the application used to process prepaid U.S. customs duties, which is preventing us from completing the required customs procedures.

At this time, we are investigating whether this is a system-wide issue with the application or an issue affecting certain products we handle.

As a result, we have temporarily suspended new orders to the United States as of 9:00 AM on September 25, 2026 (Japan time).

We are currently working to confirm the cause of the issue and when U.S. shipping can resume. We will update this page as soon as further information becomes available.
