Japan will observe the Obon holiday period, a traditional holiday season during which many businesses and medical product manufacturers are closed.

Our pharmacy will also operate on a limited schedule during this period.

Shipping Suspension Period

August 8 (Saturday) through August 16 (Sunday), Japan Standard Time (JST)

During the Obon holiday period, many pharmaceutical manufacturers and pharmacies in Japan will be closed. As a result, the distribution and supply of many medical products will be temporarily suspended.

Shipping will generally resume sequentially from August 17 (Monday), JST, after product distribution resumes.

Please note that some popular products, such as Eclar Plaster, may be shipped on August 10 or August 12 (JST) if they are available and ready for dispatch.

Response times for emails and chat inquiries may be longer than usual during the holiday period.

We expect to respond to many inquiries on August 10 and August 12 (JST). Inquiries received after these dates may be answered on or after August 17 (JST).
