Japan will observe a holiday period known as “Silver Week” from Saturday, September 19, 2026, through Wednesday, September 23, 2026.

During this period, pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors will be closed, which may affect product arrivals and shipping schedules. Our pharmacy, Kitaoka Pharmacy, will also suspend pharmaceutical-related operations during the holiday period.

Once pharmaceutical distribution resumes, we expect to restart shipments sequentially beginning Thursday, September 24, 2026 (Japan Standard Time).

Please note that due to the holiday period, it may take longer than usual for products to be shipped. Responses to emails and other inquiries may also be delayed.
