Partial Revision of the Refund and Return Policy

The section titled “International Shipping – Damage or Loss of Parcels” within our Refund and Return Policy has been revised.

Reason: There has been an increase in shipments being returned to Japan due to customs clearance issues or recipient absence. These cases are often associated with policy violations, such as proxy purchasing or purchases made via third countries.

Changes to Policy Agreement Confirmation at Checkout

The content of the policy agreement checkbox on the checkout page has been updated.

Reason:

To ensure that customers fully understand the policies stated on each page prior to completing their purchase.

Changes to Available Shipping Destinations

Due to revisions in international postal conditions by Japan Post effective April 2026, there will be changes to the list of countries eligible for shipping. The number of available destinations is expected to increase slightly compared to those currently listed on the shipping page.

We will continue to update the list of available shipping countries as changes occur.
