[General name] dl-isoprenaline hydrochloride
[Active ingredient]1 capsule contains 7.5 mg of dl-isoprenaline hydrochloride (also known as dl-isoprenaline hydrochloride).
 
Efficacy
This medicine improves cerebral hemodynamics and metabolism of labyrinthine fluid (inner ear blood flow), thus improving dizziness.
It is usually used to treat dizziness caused by inner ear disturbance.
 
Usage
In general, for adults, take 1 to 2 capsules (7.5 to 15mg of the active ingredient) at a time, three times a day. The dosage may be adjusted according to your age or symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions.
This medicine is a sustained-release preparation. Take it without crunching granules in capsules.
If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. However, take an interval of about 4 to 5 hours before the next dose. If it is 2 to 3 hours or less before the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you have coronary artery disease.
If you are immediately after getting an injury to your head or neck.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
 
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include rash, palpitation, gastric distress, nausea, headache and loss of appetite. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
