It improves symptoms such as redness, swelling and itch by suppressing skin inflammation. It is usually used to treat psoriasis, eczema and dermatitis of the scalp. EfficacyIt is possible to control dermatitis in a short period of time, quickly remove swelling and redness, and relieve itching and pain. For this reason, it is widely used for various eczema and skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis and psoriasis. Since it is a symptomatic treatment that takes symptoms, the cause of the disease itself cannot be cured, but it is also useful in the sense that it leads the skin to a good condition and breaks the vicious cycle of deterioration caused by scratching. When a psoriasis skin rash is present on the scalp, dandruff can easily increase, which is one of the most common symptoms that patients have trouble with.

Conventional treatments for psoriasis of the scalp include steroid-containing lotions and creams and lotions containing active vitamin D3, which are still in use today. However, there are many patients who find it difficult to continue treatment due to discomfort caused by stickiness and the time and effort required for topical application.

For such patients, we recommend treatment with Comclo Shampoo 0.05% (Maruho Co., Ltd.), which was launched in 2017. Comclo shampoo contains clobetasol propionate, the strongest rank of steroids, and is a revolutionary drug that treats by applying the drug 15 minutes before washing hair and rinsing it off 15 minutes later.

It cannot be used by patients with infections or skin ulcers on the head or with a history of allergy to Comclo shampoo, but can be used by other patients suffering from psoriasis vulgaris of the head or eczema and dermatitis of the head.

How to use

(1) Take the required amount of Comclor shampoo on your hands.

1.Dispense the medicine into your spread out palm.

2.Then, take the medicine with the opposite finger.

⑵Apply the medication to the affected area while the scalp is dry.

Once you have the medication in your hand, apply it to the lesion, but you do not need to rub it hard. In fact, rubbing hard may scratch the normal skin and spread the lesion (Kevnel phenomenon), so rubbing is strictly forbidden. Apply the medication gently with the belly of the finger, avoiding the use of fingernails.

Wet scalp does not reduce the effectiveness of the treatment, but it does increase the risk of side effects such as glaucoma and cataracts, as the medication tends to drip into the eyes. Therefore, be sure to apply the medication while the scalp is dry.

After applying the medicine, wash your hands well to remove the chemical solution from your hands.

(3) Wait for 15 minutes.

However, be careful not to let the medicine drip into your eyes. If you wait in a place where you sweat easily, such as inside a bathroom, you should be especially careful.

(4)Pour hot or cold water over the

head and gently lather it up with your fingers.

Again, be careful not to scrub too hard, as this may worsen the condition.

⑸Rinse the head and whole body thoroughly in the shower so as not to leave any residue.

Either hot or cold water is fine for rinsing. It is not necessary to use other shampoos in combination to rinse off COMCROS shampoo. You may use any shampoo of your choice.
