We would like to inform our customers of important changes to our Wise payment policy, effective October 20, 2026, at 12:00 AM Japan Standard Time (JST).

These changes will apply to all orders placed on or after this date.

Two Major Changes to Wise Payments

1. Wise Transfer Fees Are Now the Customer's Responsibility

Why We Are Changing Our Wise Payment Policy

We have repeatedly provided instructions regarding Wise payments. However, we continue to experience issues caused by customers not following our payment requirements.

The most common issues include:

• Transfers in unsupported currencies: Customers continue to send payments in currencies other than those specified by our store, resulting in additional transaction fees.

• Missing order numbers: Some customers fail to include their order numbers in the Wise transfer reference or message field, making it difficult and time-consuming to match payments with orders.

• Mismatched payer and orderer names: Payments made under names that differ from the names registered on orders require additional verification and communication.

These recurring issues have increased both our administrative workload and payment processing costs.

Therefore, we have decided to revise our Wise payment policy as outlined below.

Updated Wise Payment Requirements

1. Wise Transfer Fees Must Be Paid by the Customer — NEW

All Wise transfer fees are now the responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure that the full order amount is paid. If the amount received is less than the required payment, you will be responsible for paying the outstanding balance, including any additional transfer fees.

2. Submission of a Wise Transfer Confirmation PDF Is Required — NEW

After your Wise transfer has been completed, you must download the official transfer confirmation document in PDF format and email it to us.

Providing only the transfer reference number or screenshots will not be accepted as a substitute for the official PDF document.

3. Accepted Receiving Currencies: USD or JPY

We accept Wise payments in either USD (US Dollars) or JPY (Japanese Yen).

You may choose whichever of these two currencies results in lower transfer fees for you.

4. Include Your Order Number in the Transfer Reference

You must include your order number in the reference or message field when making a Wise transfer.

Failure to provide your order number may delay payment verification.

5. The Wise Sender's Name Must Match the Orderer's Name

The name of the person making the Wise payment must match the name of the person who placed the order.

Payments made on behalf of another person are not permitted. Orders with mismatched names may be canceled.

Important: Shipping Preparation Priority

Orders for which we have received the official Wise transfer confirmation PDF will be given priority during payment verification and shipping preparation.

If you do not submit the required PDF, your order may be processed later than usual, even if we have already confirmed receipt of your payment.

Please understand that orders with the required documentation will be prioritized.

Effective Date

These changes apply to all orders placed on or after October 20, 2026, at 12:00 AM JST.

Orders placed before this date will remain subject to the payment terms in effect at the time of ordering.
