Calonal Tablets 200 mg act on the central nervous system to provide analgesic and antipyretic effects.
They also act on the thermoregulatory center to promote heat dissipation and reduce fever.
 
Used for pain relief (e.g., headache, back pain, toothache, osteoarthritis) and for antipyresis/analgesia in pediatric care, as well as for pain associated with acute upper respiratory infections.
Efficacy 
1. Analgesia of the following diseases and symptoms
Headache, earache, symptomatic neuralgia, lumbago, muscle pain, bruises, sprain pain, menstrual pain, postpartum pain, cancer pain, toothache, pain after dental treatment, osteoarthritis
2. Antipyretic and Analgesia of the following diseases
Acute upper airway inflammation (including acute upper airway inflammation with acute bronchitis)
3. Antipyretic and analgesia in the pediatric field
 
Usage
In the case of effect or effect (1)
In general, for adults, a single dose of 300 to 1000 mg is orally administered as acetaminophen, and the administration interval is 4 to 6 hours or more. The dose may be adjusted according to the age and symptoms, but the maximum daily dose is 4000 mg. It is also desirable to avoid fasting administration.
In the case of effect or effect (2)
In general, for adults, use 300 to 500 mg of acetaminophen at a time. The dosage may be adjusted according to the age and symptoms. However, as a rule, it is limited to twice a day, with a maximum of 1500 mg a day. It is also desirable to avoid fasting administration.

In general, for infants and children, acetaminophen is orally administered at a dose of 10 to 15 mg / kg body weight once at a dose interval of 4 to 6 hours or more. The dosage may be adjusted according to the age and symptoms, but the maximum daily dose is 60 mg / kg. However, the dose for adults is not exceeded. Drinking alcohol may cause side effects of this drug, so please refrain from drinking alcohol while taking it.
Major side effects include hypersensitivity (rash), vomiting, loss of appetite, and decreased platelet function (prolonged bleeding time). If you notice these symptoms, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
