It is a general nutritional supplement used for liver disease. It improves nutritional status and prevents hepatic encephalopathy.  
  
This comprehensive nutritional formula for liver disease is characterized by the inclusion of branched-chain amino acids involved in ammonia detoxification and protein synthesis. In combination with a liver diet, it provides 1.3 g of protein per kg of body weight while improving protein metabolism. It is widely used as a therapeutic adjuvant for liver disease.

Improvement of nutritional status of patients with chronic liver failure with hepatic encephalopathy. 
It is a nutritional supplement containing high levels of branched-chain amino acids, which detoxify ammonia and synthesize proteins, as well as other deficient carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, and trace elements, thus supplementing nutrients that are insufficient in the diet alone, enhancing liver function, and improving hepatic encephalopathy and other complications. 
 
Usage 
Normally, adults dissolve one packet (50g) in about 180mL of water or warm water (about 50°C) (about 200kcal/200mL) and take three times a day with meals, but dosage may be adjusted according to age and symptoms. Be sure to follow the dosage instructions given. 
If you have difficulty taking the drug due to taste or other problems, dissolve it in about 230 mL of water or warm water (about 200 kcal/250 mL) to a concentration of about 0.8 kcal/mL and take it. 
Avoid dissolving in boiling water as it will alter the protein. 
Fiber-containing vegetables may be mixed in if desired, but avoid raw fruit juices as they are acidic and may gel (harden) when mixed. 
After preparation, take within 10 hours. If you have no choice but to store it after preparation, store it in a cool place (e.g., in a refrigerator). 
If you forget to take a dose, take one dose as soon as you realize it; do not take two doses at once. 
If you accidentally take too much, consult your doctor or pharmacist. 
Do not stop taking on your own without a doctor's advice.

【Precautions in daily life】 
Please follow the dietary instructions given by your healthcare provider. 
The daily portion (150 g) provides 40.5 g of supplemental protein and 639 kcal total calories. The rest of the requirement is to be obtained from food, so please follow the instructions of your doctor or dietitian regarding the contents of your diet. 
  
【Persons to be wary of】 
People who are allergic to cow's milk are not allowed to use this product. People with diabetes should be careful about the amount of calories they consume, including other meals. 
  
【For use】 
Dissolve in water or warm water (avoid boiling water) and drink. After dissolving, store in a refrigerator and use within 10 hours. 
Fruit and coffee flavors are available. If you have difficulty taking it, consult your doctor. It may be easier to drink if you increase the amount of water and make it thinner. However, if fluid restriction is necessary, the water should be reduced and the concentration increased. 
  
【Side effects】 
Diarrhea, abdominal distention, nausea/vomiting, and loss of appetite are the most commonly reported side effects. If you notice any of these symptoms, consult your doctor or pharmacist. 
People with diabetes should also be aware of fluctuations in blood glucose levels. In addition to elevated blood glucose levels, conversely, there have been reports of severe hypoglycemia, in which blood glucose levels drop abnormally.
